Commissioned by Northumberland Estates and Lindisfarne Homes, and working in close collaboration with Todd Milburn Partnership, we delivered the £4m residential development at Townfoot, Lesbury, over a 52-week programme. The project comprises 20 high-specification residential properties alongside complete plot infrastructure, drainage, and external paving and drives. The development features a diverse mix of housing, including 10 spacious four- and five-bed stone-built houses alongside ten two- and three-bed timber-frame houses and bungalows featuring stone and render exteriors.
